These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GHOSTWALL (the "Service"), operated by Medcentrekaratal LLC ("GHOSTWALL", "we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
GHOSTWALL is a tool that generates configuration directives — including robots.txt rules, HTML meta tags, web-server rules, and HTTP headers — intended to help website owners opt out of, or block, automated AI crawlers, scrapers, and data-collection agents. The Service produces text output for you to deploy on your own website.
Upon completing a valid one-time purchase, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service and to deploy the output it generates on websites that you own or are authorized to manage, including for commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly republish the Service itself or bulk copies of its generated output as a competing product.
Payments for GHOSTWALL are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase. This means Paddle handles the transaction, billing, and applicable taxes, and your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms. A license key is issued and delivered to you upon successful payment. You are responsible for keeping your license key secure.
Directives such as robots.txt and meta tags are advisory: they are honored by compliant crawlers but cannot force compliance. Server-level rules provide stronger enforcement, but no method can guarantee that every automated agent will be blocked, that your search-engine visibility will be unaffected, or that a specific outcome will occur. The Service is provided as a tool, and you are responsible for testing and deploying its output on your own systems, including keeping backups of your server configuration.
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and curated crawler database, is owned by Medcentrekaratal LLC and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you beyond the license described above.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medcentrekaratal LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.
We may update, modify, or discontinue the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts located in Kazakhstan, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
